ACCURACY DISCLAIMER — READ FIRST

AICheck does not warrant that any detection result is correct. Every score, signal, and provenance summary is an automated estimate that can be wrong in either direction: real content can score as likely AI, and AI content can score as likely real. No refund, credit, or liability arises from an incorrect, missed, or disputed result, and you may not rely on a result as the sole basis for any decision about a person or content.

What AICheck provides

AICheck reports limited content-evidence signals. The text tool is an unvalidated, English-focused pattern heuristic. The bundled image model reports a model score and can miss AI-generated media or score real media highly. For supported embedded image and video Content Credentials, AICheck locally checks the manifest, signature, asset binding, validation state, and signer trust using the official Content Authenticity Initiative SDK and a bundled checksum-pinned official trust-list snapshot. If the validator, local runtime, or trust list cannot complete a check, unavailable is reported separately from an invalid credential. A valid or trusted credential validates a signed provenance record; it does not prove that the content, depicted event, or signer claim is true. Missing or unsupported credentials are not evidence that content is untrustworthy.

Video review checks supported embedded Content Credentials before requesting up to eight confirmed-seek still frames from at most the first ten minutes. Failed or timed-out seeks are not counted as sampled frames. Audio and motion over time are not analyzed.

Results are not proof of authorship, truth, authenticity, deception, misconduct, or legal status. Do not use AICheck as the sole basis for discipline, education, employment, moderation, credit, insurance, housing, legal, law-enforcement, medical, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Free use and subscriptions

Apple app users also agree to the Apple Standard EULA.

Your content and acceptable use

You must have the right to process any text, image, or video you choose. The local writing workspace suggests wording changes for clarity and readability. It is not designed or promised to conceal AI use, defeat another service's safeguards, establish originality, or identify an author. Review the full draft because an automatic edit can change meaning or tone. Do not use AICheck to violate privacy, intellectual-property rights, law, or platform rules. You remain responsible for the content and for every decision you make from a result.

Native entry is foreground-only and requires a deliberate action. An iOS AICheck content Shortcut can accept one image or text value and run that local check because you invoked the action. Android share-sheet content is accepted only after you explicitly share it to AICheck and is staged for review rather than checked automatically. AICheck does not promise continuous screen monitoring or access to content shown in another app.

Availability and warranties

AICheck is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We work to keep it private, useful, and operational, but do not promise uninterrupted access or accurate classification. Model behavior can change when media is edited, compressed, screenshotted, translated, or differs from training data.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRO CORP and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from or related to AICheck — including decisions made from a result; and our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to AICheck is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NIRO CORP and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from content you process, your use of AICheck, or your violation of these terms, any law, or any third-party right.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact support first — honest billing problems get fixed. Initiating a fraudulent or abusive chargeback (disputing a charge you authorized and received service for) is a violation of these terms: to the extent permitted by law, we may suspend or terminate the associated subscription and entitlements, dispute the chargeback with our records of your subscription consent, and recover our reasonable costs. A chargeback that reverses a subscription payment ends that subscription's entitlement.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these terms, for fraud or abuse, or where required by law. You may cancel your subscription and stop using AICheck at any time. The accuracy disclaimer, no-refund terms, liability limits, indemnity, chargeback terms, arbitration agreement, and governing law survive termination.

Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or AICheck that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Fulton County, Georgia (with the option to appear remotely), rather than in court — except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse. You and NIRO CORP each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. You may opt out by emailing support@niroaerial.com with the subject "Arbitration opt-out" within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your local courts, nothing here removes that right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (and subject to the arbitration agreement above).

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy explains local checks, optional cloud processing, usage counters, and billing providers. We may update these terms as the product changes; the date above identifies the current version.
